Furthermore, the system analyzes the inertial data of the wrist, including acceleration and angular velocity of the upper body, while maintaining the confidentiality of employees. The system is capable of accurately detecting deviations from the standard pose with an accuracy of more than 98% due to the use of sophisticated artificial intelligence algorithms. The incorporation of neural networks allows for the analysis of data without the violation of the confidentiality of personal data of employees.

Given that the average work experience is 40 years, an employee can be expected to spend approximately 27 years in a seated position. This underscores the necessity for the implementation of systems that encourage movement and proper posture for the maintenance of bone, muscle, and joint health. The growing prevalence of artificial intelligence systems for posture monitoring and correction is becoming increasingly pertinent in the context of an expanding number of office workers and work hours.

Nevertheless, the implementation of such systems presents a number of significant challenges. It is essential to develop robust mechanisms to ensure the confidentiality of employee data and the seamless integration of technologies across diverse work environments. Additionally, it is crucial to address the ethical implications of utilizing artificial intelligence for posture control, as this could be perceived as an infringement on privacy. Nevertheless, the advantages of implementing such systems are substantial. Such systems can prevent the development of chronic musculoskeletal diseases, provide objective and consistent correction of posture, and reduce the cost of medical care associated with these problems.
